Dian Ina Mahendra manages Galeri Salihara, an alternative art space that is a part of Komunitas Salihara - the only private contemporary art center in Indonesia. Following her fellowship with the Asian Cultural Council in New York, she is now active in curating various programs and interactive projects that connects artists with public or other creative practitioners in different fields.

She posses a solid background in International Relations. In her own time, she contributes to Mozilla, in encouraging broader woman participations in web technology and open-source projects.
